Sareh’s childhood and early life before moving to India
Born on 9th January, Persia (Iran), Sareh’s only recollection of her youth is of her school exams. She remembers every detail of how her mother constantly made her comprehend and drilled into her brain the importance of getting the greatest results. She now believes that study is important knowledge is important for your brain and whatever field you would choose to work, but not pressure on grades.
Since her childhood, she has wondered why the school system does not inspire children to pursue their true passions, instead focusing solely on grades. Anyway, she was fortunate in that she was able to pursue her passion, which was, of course, acting and theatre. She was involved with various theatre groups in her city. Along with it, she was actively involved in several sports such as gymnastics and was also into fitness. She participated in several school competitions when it came to sports. She had a natural talent for painting and enrolled in a painting class in addition to playing musical instruments. She enjoyed playing the Sitar. Soon after, she completed her graduation in Genetics and finished her master’s degree in Biochemistry.
Sareh’s childhood dream
Since her childhood Sareh had only one dream for which she lived, ate, and survived was nothing but only acting. Very few people can achieve that. She always wanted to be associated with the field of art- if not acting then she would have been a painter, or director. She can never think of anything else which has no art in it.
What attracts the most to Sareh?
It is only acting that draws Sareh’s attention. She can never think of anything else now other than acting. She has been doing this since her childhood and it is the most enjoyable thing to her, she derives fun out of it. Acting is like a mystery to her.
Acting is a passion to her because it allows her to explore different aspects of human emotion and experience. It offers a creative outlet to express oneself and delve into the depths of character and storytelling. The thrill of embodying someone else’s life, understanding their motivations, and portraying their journey is a mysterious process. The mystery lies in the transformative power of acting, where she can step into the shoes of another person and bring them to life, blurring the lines between reality and fiction. It is a constant exploration of the human psyche, unveiling layers of complexity and unlocking new dimensions of understanding and empathy. Ultimately, acting as a passion and mystery provides her an enchanting escape into worlds unknown, where both the actor and the audience can be captivated and moved.
Sareh’s fitness funda
The fitness funda of Sareh integrates Ayurveda, healthy food, and yoga. It revolves around holistic well-being and maintaining a balance between mind and body. Ayurveda plays a crucial role in her life by emphasizing healthy practices like no smoking and no drinking. She prioritizes healthy food choices by consuming a well-rounded diet from her dietician. Additionally, she integrates yoga into her fitness routine, harnessing its transformative power for physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Alongside these practices, she prioritizes adequate rest, hydration, and maintaining a positive mindset to support the overall fitness journey. By embracing this comprehensive approach, she cultivates vitality, radiance, and a harmonious connection between her physical and mental well-being.
Her projects
Sareh is currently working on different films and web series. She has a dream of working in Hollywood. She will definitely do a project in her own country and that would be the best tribute to her country. Some of her notable works- a short film by Raja Mukherjee ‘Saab Theek Hain’, TV shows like ‘Swaraj’, ‘Porus’, ‘Beti Sasural ki’, ‘Savdhan India’ and many more. She did three movies till date are – “What’s App Love”, “Hai Apna Dil Toh Awara”, “A Scandall”. She was part of an English play called “The Lover” in NCPA Mumbai & Persian plays. She has worked in many music videos and numerous commercial ad films.
Her dreams related to silver screen
Sareh has a dream of working in Bollywood with Hrithik Roshan in an action movie. She has a dream of receiving many awards also, and she is working hard for it. She is trying her best to work as much as she can and wants to appear in Vogue magazine cover page.
Entertainment industry and better tomorrow
Sareh believes in encouraging greater diversity in storytelling, casting, and representation to reflect the rich cultural fabric of India. This includes providing opportunities for actors, directors, writers, and technicians from various backgrounds and regions. By implementing these measures, the Bollywood film industry can evolve into a more dynamic, inclusive, and globally acclaimed industry, enriching the cinematic landscape and engaging audiences both within India and around the world.
She is very happy that Bollywood industry has accepted her even though she is from another nation. She loves the cordial nature of Bollywood industry.
Sareh’s journey in entertainment industry
She believes that if you have talent then you can achieve your dream other than a fit body and good look. It is very important to believe in your talent and work hard on it then other can recognize it. Her success in this industry is solely dependent on the fact that she believes in herself.
Though many say that the world of modelling and acting is full of struggle, but Sareh believes that if you have passion, then you will love the competition as well.
Sareh’s mantra to handle failure in life
Allow yourself to feel the disappointment, frustration, or sadness that may come with failure. It’s natural to experience these emotions and acknowledging them can be a healthy part of the healing process. Sareh always believes in learning lessons from the failure and use them as stepping-stones for personal and professional development. She always believes in identifying specific areas where one can improve and plan to avoid similar mistakes in the future. She advices all to adopt a growth mindset, understanding that failure is not a reflection of your worth or abilities.
Sareh’s definition of success
True success entails a sense of fulfilment and satisfaction in the pursuit of your passions and interests. It involves engaging in activities that bring you joy, purpose, and a sense of meaning. She believes that success is about experiencing a sense of happiness and well-being in your life. It involves living a life that is aligned with your values, brings you joy, and allows you to experience a deep sense of contentment and fulfilment.
