Prof. Lalit Chande has delivered 1000+ Professional seminars and workshops all over India, 100+ Radio Talks, 10+ Career counseling, Interviews on TV. He is an Author of Books and Research papers in conferences and articles in Magazines and Newspapers, Keynote Speaker, Panelist in Intellectual meets, conferences, and symposiums and a Blogger and a Scriptwriter.
How it all began!
Prof. Lalit Chande was born on 28th May 1969, in Chorwad HolyDay camp. Mr. Lalit got his primary and secondary education in a small village of Saurashtra, a part of the Junagadh district, Chorwad.
Mr. Chande was an average student but made ends meet as, the coastal village and holy day camp were a tourist place foreigners, used to visit the place and they impacted Mr. Lalit’s early life so far as the English Language is concerned, even school of the higher secondary school also prepared Mr. Lalit in early days and later the interest continued in learning the English Language.
Struggle is ubiquitous
Mr. Chande, with family, shifted to a big city, Rajkot. The family shifted from the village and the entire family had to struggle for space and income. The living was not comfortable in comparison to village life.Mr. Lalit used to do a part-time and full-time job in a wholesale shop while studying in 11th and 12th grade. Schooling with a strong vision and hard work Mr. Lalit completed graduation and post-graduation along with varieties of experience as a salesman, office assistant and in the business domain.
Mr. Lalit acquired varieties of experience in his early college life. He even used to help in the family joint business and started his own small enterprise in partnership.
First step in as a trainer
Mr. Lalit always felt excited while talking, in English, to people so he told his few friends and family members to start tuition classes. In 1991, Career Coaching Classes started on Raiya Road in a rented small shop. The vision, hard work, commitment and interest towards the English language gave a boost to the teaching career. Mr. Lalit expanded the coaching classes into the big premises with a few more teachers in the team. Initially, he had to struggle a lot for advertisements and modern facilities in the class as no investment funds.
Here is how he started getting fame!
Mr. Lalit got the opportunity to teach as a visiting faculty in college too. He became famous teaching Gujarati medium students. He joined as a part-time faculty in Junagadh and later he was promoted to a full-time management lecturer in C U Shah BBA college Surendra Nagar- wadhwan. He worked with full commitment in college for more than eleven years as a Management Professor. He used to commute (Rajkot – Surendra Nagar) and during his tenure, he used to teach in Engineering college and M Com students too.
He got his PG recognition from Saurashtra University In 2004. In the year 2007 Mr. Lalit shifted to T N Rao MBA college in Rajkot as an Assistant Director. He contributed a lot to prepare the management professionals in the college. He was famous among the students.
Teaching, training and his varieties of experience gave a lot of opportunities to work as a guest and visiting faculty even in other colleges, universities and government organization. He was called as a keynote speaker in lots of symposium, conferences and special intellectual meets to share his creative and innovative thoughts.
Prof. Lalit Chande is still invited by many well-known industries, companies, educational institutions, corporates, Government organizations, PSU and many such organizations.
Prof. Lalit Chande said that Rajkot, Gujarat is the area where globally renowned businesses are getting established since a long time. He also added that he still remembers that first Industrial development corporation of India was established at Bhaktinagar, Rajkot, Gujarat. Motivation behind all this initiatives is indentity of Rajkot, Saurashtra and Gujarat region as a business hub and renowned Industrial area.That’s the reason why Prof. Lalit Chande wants to help as many professionals and students he can.
